Log into your Venneir account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the printed return label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
